In-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO) is an environmental remediation technique where chemical oxidants such as persulfate, permanganate, or hydrogen peroxide are injected into contaminated soil and groundwater to destroy organic contaminants like TCE, PCE, and petroleum hydrocarbons in place — without excavation.

The two-day project treated 19 injection points with a comprehensive blend of enhanced bioremediation reagents including hydrolyzed kelp, 10,063 lbs of Zero Valent Iron, 600 gallons of EZVI, and specialized nutrients for aggressive chlorinated solvent dechlorination.
