Environmental Management Specialists contracted IET for large-scale soil treatment of the East Pad area utilizing persulfate-peroxide oxidation chemistry. The concentrated single-area approach allowed for efficient deployment of 1,200 treatment units. This high-volume soil treatment program demonstrated IET's capability to deliver consistent, uniform oxidant distribution across extensive contaminated areas. The persulfate-peroxide combination provided aggressive contaminant destruction while maintaining site safety and minimizing environmental impacts. The East Pad project showcased IET's proficiency in managing large-scale chemical oxidation programs with precision and reliability.
