An environmental management firm contracted IET for Phase I bioremediation utilizing three distinct treatment technologies: oxygen release compounds (ORC), BioSlurry injections with petroleum-degrading bacteria, and calcium peroxide injections.

ORC Points (75 locations @ 10-12' BGS)
Slow-release oxygen compound for aerobic biodegradation enhancement
BioSlurry Injections (85 total points)
• 15 points at 8-10' BGS: bioslurry with IET Liquid Petroleum Degrader (LPD)
• 70 points at 10-12' BGS: complete bioslurry package
• IET's high-count Pseudomonas petroleum-degrading culture
Calcium Peroxide (25 points @ 8-10' BGS)
Enhanced oxygen source for targeted treatment zones
