IET Acquires Irving, Texas Based GEDCO

GEDCO Drilling and Coring, Inc., an established and recognized independent drilling contractor founded in 2000, based in Irving, Texas, has been acquired by Innovative Environmental Technologies, Inc. (IET).

IET is pleased to announce the acquisition of GEDCO Drilling and Coring, Inc. GEDCO, an Irving, Texas based geotechnical and environmental drilling contractor. GEDCO shall continue to operate from 526 North Britain Rd. Irving, Texas as a division of IET.
